"Your thoughts are the language of your brain, and your feelings are the language of your body. How you think and how you feel creates your state of being." ~ Joe Dispenza
Reiki
Many clients find Reiki to be a calming, supportive practice that helps reduce stress, ease anxiety, promote relaxation, and ease pain. It’s also a wonderful complementary therapy for those navigating life's challenges like; career transitions, travel, caregiving responsibilities, recovery from injury or illness or other stressful experiences.
While Reiki energy naturally flows where it is needed the most, I am happy to focus on specific areas of concern during your session to create a more personalized experience.
These longer sessions offer a deeper level of relaxation, giving your body and mind the opportunity to fully unwind. As you relax, your parasympathetic nervous system, the body's natural "rest and restore" response, can become more active, helping you release tension, quiet the mind and restore a greater sense of balance and well-being.
Reiki is increasingly being offered in hospitals, wellness centers and integrative healthcare settings as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical care.
If you're new to Reiki, or new to receiving treatments with me, I recommend beginning with a Reiki Recharge session. It's a wonderful introduction to Reiki and allows you to experience its benefits before committing to a full session.
Reiki treatments last approximately 45 minutes and are scheduled for 60 minutes to allow time to discuss and answer questions, reflect on your experience and provide resources.
